こんにちは。 生活革命 広報・営業担当です。 前回のイベント・レンタルのレポートから、半年以上経ってしまいました。 と言いますのも、昨年より本格提供開始しました新サービス「なんでも喋るロボ」のご用命が急増していまして、イベント担当者は元より営業や、私のような広報担当者もイベント要員として駆り出されていて、お客様のご期待に応えるのを言い訳にブログの更新を滞らせていました。。。（生活革命では、ほぼすべての従業員がイベント担当を経験してから、広報や営業などを行っている会社ですので、品質はご安心ください。） しかしながら、この「なんでも喋るロボ」、まだご用命頂いていないお客様も気にしてくださっているようです。 「事例の更新はしないの？」という声もよくいただいてまして、これが社長の耳に入りまして、ブログを更新するよう命じられました^^;; 今回は、昨年11月に動物臨床医学会でレンタル・派遣いただいた「なんでも喋るロボ」を活用したイベント事例の紹介です。 そもそも、「なんでも喋るロボ」とはなんぞや？というお客様は以下を御覧ください。 ① 「なんでも喋るロボ」のレンタル・派遣 Pepper（ペッパー）が犬に！？ 今回は、大阪のコンベンションホールで実施した動物臨床医学会の年次大会でご指名をいただきました。 なんでも話せて、歩ける「なんでも喋るロボ」の特徴を気に入ってくださり、イベントコンパニオン様とコンビを組んで、展示ブースの展示内容を紹介してほしいというご用命でした。 ご用命いただいたのは、動物向けに様々な医療品を開発・販売されている大手グローバル企業様で、今回で3度目のリピートご用命です。（「なんでも喋るロボ」はリピート率が極めて高いのが特徴です。） 動物向けの医療商材の会社様ということもあり、クライアント様からのご用命は 「Pepper（ペッパー）を犬にしてほしい。 可愛いのがいいです！」 とのことで、検討した結果。。。 。。。 。。。 このようになりました。 御覧ください。 従来のPepper（ペッパー）ではあまり目立たない鼻がしっかりついています。 そして耳、よく見ていただくと分かるのですが、尻尾もついています。 これにはクライアント様も大喜びしていただきました。 この姿で、色々とクライアントご担当者様やイベントコンパニオン様、お手伝いにきた営業担当社様などとも様々な会話をしますので、お客様より前にクライアント様が大盛り上がりでした。 「賢いなー」「可愛いなー」というお声がよく聞かれました。（事前にチューニングを施し、時々、言葉の語尾に「ワン」と入っているのも特徴です^^） 来場者様の反応は？ 来場者様は、学生様や先生、製薬メーカ様など様々なお客様がいらっしゃいました。 来場者様に向けて、 このようにイベントコンパニオン様と並んで、会社のブランディングや商品についてプレゼンテーションしながら、移動して呼び込みも行いました。 よく喋れるので、男性のお客様が集まり、 可愛い姿なので、女性のお客様も集まり、 非常にバランスのとれた集客とブランディング周知を行うことができました。 クライアント様の反応は。。。 気になるクライアント様の反応ですが。。。 非常に良かったようです。（いつもこの瞬間が緊張します。） 来場者様へのブランディングもしっかりできたということに加え、インナー（クライアント企業様内部の方々やイベントコンパニオン様）の反応も良かったため、社内のモチベーション向上や年末に向けた節目の感覚を醸成できたのも良かったようです。 大変ありがたいことに、「また来年もよろしくおねがいしますね。」というお言葉もいただきました。 最後に このように生活革命は、お客様のイベント・展示ブースなどの目的などを伺わせていただいた上で、目的に叶う見せ方・ロボットの活用方法を提案し、現地での運用をしています。 （結果として、今回のイベントでは、「なんでも喋るロボ」、コスプレ（衣装装飾）などをご案内しています。） 生活革命では、このような医療学会に限らず、パーティ・展示会・販促イベント・ファミリー集客イベントなど様々なイベントでのロボット活用（レンタル・派遣・企画運営等）をサポートしています。 御社のイベントでもお役に立てることありましたら、是非ご相談ください。 お問合わせはコチラ 生活革命のロボットイベント事業のご紹介はコチラ イベントサマリー 第38回動物臨床医学会 実施期間・場所 2017年11月 大阪国際会議場（会期2日間） お客様名 某 動物向け製薬メーカ 様 お客様の目的 ・ 企業の認知度向上・好感度を上げたい。 ご利用のロボット ・Pepper（ペッパーくん） 1台 実施サービス ・ イベントにおけるロボット活用企画・運営 ・ なんでも喋るロボ for Pepper（ペッパーくん） ・ 呼び込み ・ プレゼンテーション（専任クリエイターによるプロ品質制作） ・ 衣装コスプレ ・ ロボットレンタル（Pepper・ペッパーくん） 実施内容・結果 イベントコンパニオンさんと一緒に、2日間の会期中、ブース内やブースの外で、Pepper（ペッパーくん）が犬のコスプレ（衣装装飾）をし移動しながら呼び込みをしました。コンパニオン様やクライアントスタッフ様とともに会話をしつつ、お客様を惹きつけ、企業の内容を説明しつつ、会話をし、企業好感度を向上しました。クライアント企業様のインナー向けにもPepper（ペッパーくん）は動作し続け、楽しませることで、長距離出張のみなさまの癒やしになることを心がけました。展示ブースは盛況となりました。 類似イベント Pepper（ペッパー）がナースに！？生活革命のPepper（ペッパー）が展示会の集客で大活躍！！ 【導入事例】Pepper（ペッパー）がペットを救う！？動物臨床医学会で生活革命ロボットシステムが大活躍！ 【導入事例】アキュラホーム大感謝祭で、生活革命ロボットシステムが大活躍！
