First Robot Financial Reception System in the Country

Financial specialty trade publication Kinyuu Zaisei Business has featured a reception system using our company’s newest product, Seikatsu Kakumei Robot High Speed Customer Service System Version 3.

It is a reception and calling system aimed at the financial industry, using robots – the first example within the country.

This time, in response to the new initiatives of financial institutions, and answered by customizing our existing products, we have developed this product on the premise that it can be utilized across various industries, making it a highly versatile system.

Laurel Bank Machine (of Tokyo)’s conventional reception number calling system was connected with Pepper, along with added functions such as information guidance, realizing a chain of actions.
